CIRCLE OF FEDERICO BAROCCI | HEAD OF CHRIST

This painting relates to a Head of Christ Barocci painted on copper in a Private Collection, Milan ^[1]. The similar portrayal of Christ's face in both works, which evokes His agony, derives from Barocci's Christ on the Cross in the Museo del Prado, Madrid ^[2].
