the rectangular box and cover with rounded corners, decorated in gold hiramaki-e with insects among grasses, the interior nashiji, the inside of the cover with a design of maples, the box contains a lacquer spill vase, a wood container for a tea whisk and a teabowl decorated in green, yellow, blue and green enamels with flowers and foliage, signed Kenzan and a kogo in the form of a bird in Eiraku style
