The Reference 130 was introduced in 1934 and in production for more than 30 years as Patek Philippe's first referenced chronograph wristwatch. Gold models were more popular in their production and featured elegant cases designed by famed Genevois case maker, Vichet. The case features thinner curved lugs, and a subtle concave bezel.
