4to (8 1/8 x 6 in.; 207 x 152 mm). Title-page within border of printer's ornaments, woodcut initials, head- and tailpieces; title-page a trifle dust-soiled, with lesser occasional soiling throughout, D4 creased and so printed. Nineteenth-century calf, yellow-coated endpapers, red edges; quite rubbed, front cover detached.


Second edition of the Roman Catholic version of the New Testament in English. The principal change in this printing is the addition of "A Table of Heretical Corruptions" (d1–3).
