8vo (8 3/4 x 5 3/4 in.; 223 x 146 mm). Title-page and section titles printed in black, gray, and yellow. Publisher's ivory buckram, spine and upper cover lettered in black, lower cover lettered in gray, gray endpapers; spine and edges with light browning.


First edition. Copy 24 of 80 roman-numbered copies (of a whole edition of 273), signed by Stevens. With promotional flyer for the book laid in.
