AN INSCRIBED AND DATED MASHAD CARPET, NORTHEAST PERSIA


circa 1860

With an inscription in the outermost red surround, translated as  ‘Mushiri [1]273 (1856-7)’  

approximately 430 by 312cm; 14ft. 1in., 10ft. 3in.
