Description

Paul Wyler was a pioneer. His development of the balance in 1896 improved the reliability and sturdiness of timepieces. Furthermore, the Incaflex system designed in 1927 was an innovative balance wheel with two curved elastic arms to assist with shock absorbance to the balance wheel as a means of protection. As a testament to durability, Wyler Genève dropped two timepieces successfully from the top of the Eiffel Tower in 1956. His watches are well respected by collectors due to their innovative features.

This Dynawind Diver from the 1970s is a perfect merging of that stereotypical '70s style and Wyler's innovative designs, including a one-piece monocoque case and an inner rotating bezel.
