Description
Reference 5496 was launched in 2011 as the modern replacement for the classic Ref. 5050. Both the original and the newer version are beloved by collectors for their attractive and legible dials. The layout of the dial, with its minimized apertures and retrograde date display, conveys a great deal of information in an easy-to-read display, while retaining a clean, understated and extremely elegant aesthetic.

Very GoodThe watch is in overall excellent condition with minor wear only. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
