Description

The Nike Blazer was one of the first Nike shoes ever made and released in 1972, the first year of Nike. The Blazer is the first basketball shoe to utilize the iconic Swoosh logo, now one of the most recognizable logos in sports and design history. Forty nine years later, the sneaker remains a brand favorite. 

This particular pair of Blazers, is from the original 1972 release. They feature the classic white leather upper and black Swoosh. The Blazer was worn by such basketball legends as Geoff Petrie, the "Iceman" George Gervin, World B. Free, Dennis Johnson, and Darrel "Dr. Dunkenstein" Griffith.
