Description
The Montblanc watchmaking story began in 1858, and the original Minerva ateliers remain abuzz with activity, today serving as the Montblanc Manufacture in Villeret. Every component is still crafted and decorated by hand, including the balance springs. The manufacturer is one of a select few around the world in which the watchmakers have the know-how to produce their own balance springs entirely by hand.
This Star Classique, reference 107116, is a yellow gold automatic wristwatch, circa 2013. With Montblanc calibre 4810/408, power reserve 42 hours. Water resistance 30 meters, with hour, minute and second. Polished 18k yellow gold case. Sapphire crystal case back. This watch comes with the full set of original box and paper.
Condition Report
Very GoodThe watch is in very good condition. The buckle has slight signs of oxidization. The strap is in overall good condition with minor signs of wrinkles throughout commensurate with age. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
