Description
Louis-Ulysse Chopard was the founder of Chopard with a long history in watchmaking and jewelry. Chopard has dedicated nearly four years to perfecting their own in-house movement from scratch and previously delivered 20 prototypes of the caliber 1.96 during December 1995. Chopard's goal was to be independent in creating their own movement from other historic Swiss manufacturers.
