Description
The Little Lange 1 was once a men’s watch when it debuted 30 years ago, a few years after its introduction in 1994. Consumers would prefer a smaller Lange 1, as the original 38.5 mm was consider as a big watch back in the day, rendering the Little Lange 1 more popular. Just 36 mm in diameter, the Little Lange 1 had the same dial and movement as its brother reference, but in a smaller case without a button to advance the date, a recessed pusher did that job instead. Included with this timepiece is an A. Lange & Söhne box and papers.
Condition Report
Very GoodThe watch is in overall very good condition with minor wear throughout commensurate with age. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
