Condition

Overall in excellent original condition. When viewed in person, the vases present with a highly detailed glaze, going from pale lilac to dusty rose, slightly more intense when viewed in person than seen in the catalogue illustration. The vase has been examined under black light and shows no evidence of prior restoration. The glaze with a few minute irregularities inherent in the making and not at all visually distracting. The surfaces with a few shallow scratches and light surface soiling consistent with age and gentle handling. Two highly decorative vases of very nice scale and strong presence.
