The chair and ottoman in overall very good original condition. The catalogue illustration accurately represents the color and saturation of the chair and ottoman’s wood and upholstery. Both the chair and ottoman’s upholstery is in good original condition, showing little evidence of wear or sun exposure. The wooden surfaces of the chair with some minor scratches and scuffs consistent with age and handling use concentrated to the feet. The proper right front leg with a shallow dent at about the midway point of the leg measuring approximately ¼ inch wide. The wooden surfaces of the ottoman with light surface scratches consistent with age and handling concentrated to the feet and at the corners of the seat handles. The legs with a few extremely faint discolorations. One seat handle with adhesive residue to the interior edge near the piping of the upholstery. A highly functional and iconic design.
