signed Menglou Wang Wenzhi, dated guichou (1793), with a dedication and with two seals of the artist

Condition

-very minor dirts, stains and creases on its surface, restored. -paper bears a very minor brownish tone. -very minor paper losses and ink losses, paper restored.
