EN : Good overall condition, consistent with age and use. The gilt metal presents with instances of wear partially revealing the red and dark layers underneath the gilt. The painted metal presents with instances of wear partially revealing the dark layer underneath. Areas of the painted metal coral have been re-painted at a later date. The painted metal presents with several small chips on one of the sconce. There are a few white paint stains, mostly concentrated to the reverse of the sconce and consistent with use.
