Condition
Good overall condition. The wings present with a few light surface scratches, some instances of wear and some light later oxidation, all consistent with age and natural evolution of the material. The tips of the wings and one corner of the tail are bent. The bending of the tail makes the lamp wobbly. The head is not perfectly fixed anymore and is slightly moving. There is some oxidation to the underside, at the junction between the body and the legs. Some very light wear to the patina at the tip of the feet. The glass presents with a few rare tiny stains. Sotheby's does not guarantee electrical components and suggests having all wiring inspected by a licensed electrician.
