the base dressed in brown
Provenance
Collection of Dr. Lester D. Shultis (1925-1997), and thence by descent.
Condition
The glaze with cracquelure as illustrated in the catalogue. There are aprox. 6 very short hairlines extending from the rim, and some minor nicks around the rim and around the exterior of the footring. The interior footring with a chip measuring approx. 1.3 cm across. Overall with minor firing imperfections and surface wear.
