Condition

The small copper plate is flat and stable, the paint surface is relatively clean, and the varnish is clear and even. The details are well preserved. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals spot retouching scattered in the sky, with more concentrated areas in the upper left corner and in the sky around the windmill. There is also a small area of retouching in the houses in the distance, centre, but the rest of the composition appears to be largely untouched. In overall good condition.
