Condition

The board appears stable and all elements of the relief appear securely adhered. There is a fine horizontal split or incision to the lower circular element, possibly the Artist's intention. There is a vertical line to the right hand side of the composition that runs in line with the grain of the board, which may be a very minor surface crack. There are a few minor scuffs to the relief elements and a small number of faint scratches to the board. There are one or two nicks to the extreme corners of the board with one or two further more minor nicks to the extreme edges. There appears to be spots of staining or bloom to the vertical relief element in the red pigment. There is very light surface dust. This excepting, the work appears to be in very good overall condition. The work is unframed.
