Description

The circular dial set with cabochon turquoise and circular-cut diamond indicators, the hands accented with single-cut diamonds, against a lapis lazuli background, inset within a gold basket weave surround, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered, French export mark for gold and maker's marks.

Condition

Please note we do not guarantee watch movements. Jewelled manual winding lever movement in working condition at time of cataloguing. Please note that the movement has not been tested for the accuracy of its time keeping and therefore a service should be carried out in the near future at the buyer's expense. Case signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered 4481, French export mark for 18 carat gold and maker's mark for Pierre Brun, 36 rue RĂ©aumur, 75003 Paris. Lapis lazuli and turquoise in good condition. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 110 grams.
