Description

Each set with a step-cut emerald weighing 5.35 and 5.10 carats respectively, decorated with marquise-shaped diamonds, mounted in platinum and 18 karat white gold, post and hinged back fittings.

Condition

Accompanied by two Gübelin reports no. 19011030, dated 9 January 2019 and no. 19011032, dated 11 January 2019, stating that the emeralds are of Colombian origin, with indications of minor clarity enhancement. Please refer to the reports for further details. Inscribed PT950 and 750 for platinum and 18 karat white gold, 5.35ct and 5.10ct referring to the weight of the emeralds respectively, and D5.26ct referring to the total weight of the diamonds. Emeralds are well-matched, of medium dark green colour and medium strong saturation, under 10x magnification, there are typical inclusions with some surface reaching, some nicks and a few tiny chips, but all hardly noticeable when worn. Diamonds are about F - G colour, VS - SI clarity as graded in the mount. Signs of minor wear to the metal, overall in very good condition.
