Description

  • Largest cabochon approximately 8.86 - 8.78 x 4.32mm.
Designed as a bow, set with rose and brilliant-cut diamonds and diamonds of brown tint, centring upon a round jadeite cabochon of very good translucency and bright emerald green colour, within a surround of diamonds of yellow tint, embellished with oval and cabochon rubies and jadeite cabochons of matching material, mounted in 18 karat yellow and blackened gold.

Condition

Accompanied by Hong Kong Jade and Stone Laboratory certificate no. KJ 99636, dated 25 January 2019, stating that the jadeite tested is natural, known in the trade as "A Jade". For further details, please refer to the certificate. Stamped 750 for 18 karat blackened and yellow gold. Jadeite are of very good translucency and bright emerald green colour, under strong illumination, there are some internal fissures with a few lightly surface reaching, some nicks and very minor abrasions on the smaller cabochons. Rubies estimated to weigh approximately 1.30 carats in total, are medium pinkish red to red of medium strong saturation, under 10x magnification, there are typical inclusions with some surface reaching, some abrasions and a few nicks and tiny chips. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 11.00 - 12.00 carats in total; colourless diamonds are on average F to H colour, with a few I to J, mainly VS clarity; diamonds of brown tint are of very light to light yellowish brown to brown colour; mainly SI clarity; diamonds of yellow tint are of intense yellow colour, SI clarity; all as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of minor wear to the metal. Overall in very good condition.
