Juny 1734 door Joncker Jan Paulus van Hamme Heere van Coeckelberghe & Erfproost vande voorseyde Confrerie.
Manuscrit sur peau de vélin et papier. In-folio (372 x 240 mm). Velours grenat, fermoirs de métal gravé, tranches dorées (Reliure de l’époque).Tranchefile inférieure accidentée, coutures faibles. Marge intérieure des troisième et quatrième feuillets renforcée. Registre manuscrit, en flamand, de la confrérie du Saint-Sacrement à la chapelle Sainte-Anne à Koekelberg, fondée en 1721. Collation : un feuillet blanc et 40 feuillets, dont 9 sur peau de vélin avec 5 grands blasons peints (4 du XVIIIe siècle et un du XIXe ). Les 154 autres feuillets sont restés vierges. Il comporte les actes de fondation de la confrérie, la bulle pontificale de Clément XI ainsi que les 12 articles du règlement. Suivent les listes des membres depuis 1721 jusqu’en 1868, 4 pages et demie relatives aux indulgences portant l’autorisation de publication de J. De Clerck, vicaire général à Malines, le 3 mars 1905. La liste des membres reprend ensuite de 1928 à 1944. Les armoiries représentées sont celles de Jean Paul De Hamme et de sa femme Marie-Thérèse Sleypen, de Jean Daniel Antonius Deschockaert, de Jean-Baptiste Helman et de sa femme Adriana Mathilde de Kerrenbrouck, de Guillelmus Maria Rol et du cardinal Engelbert Sterkx.
