6,000 The plaque decorated throughout with a floral design applied with blue and cream enamel, accented with mother-of-pearl, highlighted with a scalloped openwork border, signed EC, dated 1912.

Condition

In overall good condition, the mounting with scratches, dents and oxidation commensurate with wear and age; the design with a purposeful distressed appearance. Mounted in silver. The mother-of-pearl is of light silvery gray body color, with very soft iridescence. The enamel, in shades of medium to dark grayish blue and cream, intact with an intentional crackled and speckled appearance. Gross weight approximately 54 dwts.
