Condition
It has not been possible to see the work entirely unframed. The canvas is not lined and is slightly loose. There is an horizontal scratch, possibly repaired tear (approx. 4cm long) associated with dots of retouching visible under UV light, to the upper part of the left edge and a few scattered smaller small dots of retouching along the extreme edges. There are a few small paint losses along the extreme edges, notably to the upper right corner. There is a minor accretion (approx. 10 cm from left edge and 15 cm from lower edge). Impasto is nice and colours are fresh. This work is in overall good condition and could benefit from a re-stretching.
