- dated 17.1.65. in reverse (upper right); dated 10.2.65., stamped Madoura plein feu and Empreinte original de Picasso on the reverse
- painted and glazed ceramic; large round plate
- diameter: 42cm., 16 1/2 in.
- Conceived on 17th January 1965, this unique version of the empreinte was hand-worked by Picasso on 10th February 1965.

Condition
The ceramic is sound. There are a few specks of staining toward the lower right edge which are likely inherent to the firing process and there is some minor dust in the deeper crevices. The work is in very good condition.
