Condition
The board is sound and the tape elements are stable. UV examination reveals a few scattered small spots and lines of retouching in places, some of which relate to frame abrasion. The board is slightly dirty and might benefit from a clean. There are some scattered fine lines of craquelure in places. There are five small scattered red accretions to the lower part of the work. There is a small nail-head sized paint loss to the white pigment at the top part of the left edge. There is a horizontal line of abrasion to the black lines at centre left, measuring approximately 18cm in length. This work is in overall good condition.
