The canvas is not lined. There is a slight undulation to the canvas. Scattered lines of craquelure throughout the canvas, most notably to the gate, sky and white pigments of the house. A horizontal stretcher bar mark runs parallel to the top edge. The canvas is slightly dirty. There is some very minor frame abrasion to the top and right edges. under UV light: No inpainting is apparent. This work is in overall very good condition.
