Condition
This work is in very good condition. The board is reinforced with a wooden framework. The board has a vertical crack along the left side, about 4 inches from the left edge. This crack is very slightly visible on the surface, but it is stable. The surface of the board is very slightly uneven, but this is barely noticeable. Under ultraviolet light, there are a couple of small retouches in the head of the horse in the center of the left side, but there do not appear to be any other retouches at all. The work should be hung as is. (This condition report has been provided courtesy of Simon Parkes Art Conservation, Inc.)
