Condition
The canvas is unlined. There are scattered fine lines of craquelure throughout. There is a vertical stretcher bar mark running the length of the canvas. There is some light frame abrasion and associated losses along the extreme edges of the canvas; there are some remnants of gold paint from a prior framing along the extreme right edge. Under UV light, some uneven varnish fluoresces, no inpainting is apparent. The work is in good condition.
