Condition
The canvas is lined. There is abrasion to all four edges of the work and scratching to the right edge, likely due to frame abrasion. There is some scattered area of hairline craquelure. Under UV light: A few strokes of inpainting are visible to all four edges, as well as a few strokes to the sky at left, above the island on the horizon. There are a few small strokes of inpainting above the boy's hat and the woman's hat. Nail-head sized area of inpainting in the lower right quadrant. This work is in overall good condition.
