The gorgeously rich colours of this exquisite cloisonné dial depict the Taiwanese vessel of Colonel Cheng Cheng-Kung, who was the heroic defender of the Southern Muing Empire and the liberator of Taiwan from the Dutch oppressors in 1661. Individually handmade by an artist, such a dial has required over 50 working hours. This exceptional collector's item is numbered 22 out of a limited edition of 25 pieces.
