Catalogue Note

Rolex introduced the Submariner in 1953. Having been in production for over 66 years, the iconic model has undergone very few aesthetic changes. The watch remains instantly recognisable, and unmistakably represents the archetype of diving watches. The reference 5513 was introduced in 1962 and remained in production until 1989, making this 1988 piece, with the correct white gold circled indexes, one of the last to ever be produced.
