MVT: is running at the time of cataloguing and the date advancing. CASE: in very attractive condition with nice metal-brushed finishing and hallmarks and engravings on the back still visible. The watch is coming fresh from a service at Audemars Piguet and has been polished and there is light surface wear visible with the naked eye as well as some pinhead dings to the bezel. The bracelet with some warping and surface wear. DIAL: in attractive condition with minor surface blemishes including a very small loss to the 'C' in 'Automatic'. The luminous indexes have aged nicely and react evenly under UV light, fading right after exposure. The hands with a strong UV reaction as they have been exchanged at service. Catalogue Note

With a hefty 18k yellow gold case and bracelet, the watch has a strong presence on the wrist. Unused since a full service in 2019 with the manufacturer, the watch is in an excellent overall condition. Accompanied with the original certificate and the rare octagonal presentation case, this lot is very rare and sought-after.
