Universal Genève created its first ever chronograph wristwatch in 1917. The first ‘Compax’ model was first launched in the mid 1930’s. The present 'Compur' model is in very original and crisp condition. The dial features two registers at 3 and 9 o’clock indicating constant seconds and a 45-minute register. Cased in stainless steel the lugs have beautiful crisp facets and the case back with very sharp edges and engraved numbers which are incredibly easy to read without a loup. This watch is in overall excellent condition.
