Description

The necklace composed of a series of gold links set with round diamonds, accented at the front with two cushion-cut emeralds weighing a total of 13.39 carats, bordered by square-cut emeralds, internal circumference 15½ inches, signed Cartier, numbered 229503, with French assay and workshop marks.

Condition

In very good condition, with light surface scratches to the mounting and a few small darkened areas to the gold on the reverse side, commensurate with light wear. Necklace stamped 750 and with French assay marks for 18 karat gold. The square-cut emeralds weighing approximately 3.40 carats. The diamonds, weighing a total of approximately 25.85 carats, are approximately F-G color, VVS-VS clarity. Accompanied by AGL report no. 1099275 dated March 22, 2019 stating that the cushion-cut emeralds are of Colombian origin, clarity enhancement: minor, type: traditional.
