One page (3 7/8 x 8 1/4 in.; 97 x 210 mm) on a slip of paper, written in a clerical hand, [Anahuac?], 8 December 1834; lightly browned. Matted with an illustration of Travis fighting at the Alamo and glazed with Plexiglas. — Accompanied by 2 original pen and ink drawings by Nicholas Eggenhofer for Margaret Cousins's We Were There at the Battle of the Alamo (New York: Grosset & Dunlap, 1958). Matted and framed together.
