Condition

There are variations in colour and leather on all six chairs. Three of the chairs are in good overall condition, consistent with age and use. The steel presents with some surface scratches scattered and with some pitting of oxidation, concentrated on two of the chairs. The leather presents with some light scratches, some light scuffs, a few dents and shallow tears, the latter mostly concentrated along the edges. There are instances of light staining and of light discoloration on the leather. The three remaining chairs are in fair overall condition. The steel presents with some surface scratches and some pitting of oxidation. One chair presents with some losses of finish on approximately 6 cm on a leg. The leather is worn and presents with light scratches, some scuffs and a few dents. There are instances of significant staining and discoloration. The leather of two chairs presents with creases and tiny tears scattered along the edges. The sitting area of one chair appears to have been poorly restored. Some chairs may have been re-dyed at a later date.
