Condition

Dressing table : Good overall condition. The metal presents with some surface scratches and a few scuffs. There is some light surface oxidation and some instances of pitting of oxidation, all consistent with age and use. The silvered metal structure holding the opaline top presents with wear to the silvering, not visually distracting. The opaline glass top presents with some light soiling with a few tiny stains and with a few small chips, mostly concentrated along the edges, the corners and some shallow ones around the screws holes. Armchair : Good overall condition. The metal presents with some surface scratches, tiny nicks and a few scuffs. The chrome finish presents with some rare instances of wear with some losses revealing the original colour of the metal underneath. There is some light surface oxidation and some instances of pitting of oxidation, more significant on the lower half of the armchair, all consistent with age and use. The fabric upholstery is in good overall condition with a few light stains and some wear along the corners.
