Condition

Good overall condition, consistent with the history of the piece. This bench has been previously restored and revarnished (some chips and dents have been filled, seams separation have been filled, cane has been replaced). There are a few minute dents and some chips of wood at the bottom at the leg and around the corners. Around one screw on a leg, there is a loss of wood, most likely a previous knot of the wood, not visually distractive. One side of the bench presents with instances of discoloration most likely caused by sun exposure. This lot is sold with a newer seat cushion in very good overall condition.
