Condition
This work is in very good condition overall. There is light evidence of handling to the edges, including a faint crease in the upper right corner and some skinning along the bottom edge towards the left with a resultant minor loss to the sheet. There are artist’s pinholes at the upper right and left corners. Under very close inspection, a few faint brown spot accretions are visible in the lower half of the sheet. The sheet is hinged verso to the mat intermittently along the lateral edges. Framed under Plexiglas.

Catalogue Note
“For light in my work, New York light is hard. Paris light is a beautiful, cerulean grey.”
