Condition
This work is executed on its original canvas and is not relined. Graphite marks are visible most notably in the red strips of paint, as visible in the catalogue illustration. These are consistent with the artist's process. Under close inspection, faint wear marks are visible in the corners. A faint stretcher mark is visible, most notably along the lower edge, and has resulted in very fine cracks visible under very close inspection. An area of tiny cracks is also visible in the upper left quadrant close to the upper edge. The strips of white paint are uneven in texture, which is consistent with the artist's process. This work is in very good condition.
