Description

  • 45.3 cm, 17 7/8  in.
the elongated body with a bulbous middle section between two chevron bands, rising from a tall splayed foot to a trumpet mouth, decorated with prunus blossoms against a 'crackled ice' ground

Condition

The vase is in overall good condition. There are some typical firing flaws, predominantly on the lower register, including pin prick burst air bubbles and some gaps in the glaze above the footrim.
