Description

  • 16,5 cm, 6 1/2  in.
debout en pratyalidhasana sur un socle lotiforme, piétinant un démon à tête d'éléphant, la main droite levée brandissant une épée (manque la lame), équipé d'une armure cuirassée délicatement sculptée, le visage aux yeux globuleux surmonté d'une couronne à crânes réduits, la bouche ouverte s'apprêtant à mordre un coeur tenu dans la main gauche, le socle rapporté, scellée (2)

Acquired in Paris, 14th May 1979.

Condition

There are light wear to the surface and some small patchings. Part of the attribute to the right hand is missing. There is a small hole to the bottom of the left foot. The figure is sealed underneath. The unsealed stand may have been associated later.
