This work appears to be in generally good condition overall. There are wearing traces on the canvas, especially along the edges. In accordance with Archivio Franco Angeli, Rome, the old gauze has been replaced with a new one like the original because the old one was damaged. No traces of retouching appear to be visible under UV light.
