Condition
The canvas is unlined and there is minor frame abrasion at edges. There is scattered surface cracking, primarily in the darker pigments and there is a patch on the reverse of the canvas in the upper left quadrant. Under UV: there is an L-shaped area of inpainting in the vertical brown band in left background that corresponds to the patch on reverse and a few other very thin vertical lines of inpainting in the background. Some other pigments fluoresce but appear to be the artist's original work.
