Condition
Colour: The colour in the catalogue illustration is fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is cooler and there are less pink undertones in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Extremely close inspection reveals three minute fly spots in the white pigment in the upper register of the composition and a few very small and faint splash accretions to the black pigment, which look to be original. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
