the tapering body rising from a short spreading concave base to a broad shoulder and short waisted neck with everted rim, painted around the exterior with ducks swimming in a lotus pond and birds in flight overhead, all below a ruyi collar and classic scroll at the neck

Condition
This jar has a restored hairline rim (approx. 11 cm) and another horizontal one to the interior of the rim (approx. 4.5 cm), and one at the foot extending to a crack at the base (approx. 6.5 cm in total). There are some tiny glaze flakes at the rim and at the foot. There are some burst bubbles and iron spots in various areas.
