Description

  • PORCELAIN
  • 42 cm, 16 1/2  in.
the shallow rounded sides rising from a short tapering foot to a broad flaring rim, brightly enamelled to the interior with a medallion enclosing figures by a pavilion, encircled at the rim by eight quatrefoil panels each enclosing an immortal and all reserved on diaper grounds of green, blue, yellow and mauve

Condition

There are two cracks to the rim 3.9cm and 4.5cm long and 9'Oclock and some rubbing to the enamels to the intrerior on the rockwork and the right hand figure in purple enamels. There is also some inconsistency to the pale blue, green and purple enamels to the rim.
